Deliveroo has launched its services in Qatar, a few months before the football world cup kick-off.

Deliveroo is a London based company that provides an online and mobile app-based service for customers to order food from restaurants around the world. The company was founded in 2013 and has since expanded to over 200 cities globally.

In Qatar, Deliveroo plans to expand throughout the city by collaborating with local restaurants. To start, they will offer delivery from 12 restaurants including La Cantina, Shabab Arabic Cuisine and many other local favourites. They also plan to expand their menu with new additions such as salads and desserts.

Deliveroo is available in central Doha, Pearl and Westbay now with plans to open up more areas in the coming months.
